The NUIC Student Affairs led by Ms. Rachatawan Limkanchanapa, Deputy Director of Academic and Student Affairs, Naresuan University International College (NUIC) together with NUIC lecturers and students organized the NUIC WE CARE project during 7-8 March 2019 at Ban Nam Chuang School, Chat Trakan District, Phitsanulok province.
As a part of NUIC’s mission of fulfilling its social responsibility, this annual activity’s main objective is reaching-out to the less-advataged member of the community.
The main objective was to allow students to learn about the social conditions in the countryside as a guideline for future social development. Also, to develop character such as teamwork, generosity, sharing, and being a good leader in the future. In addition, students learned about activity organizations that are responsible for coordinating with other organizations in helping disadvantaged youth. The activity also allowed students to study and learn about the lifestyle, social participation, and well-being of members in that community. It is expected that as a result of this project participating students are made conscious of social development. There is love and harmony in the group and sharing of knowledge with the youth. In conclusion, the NUIC WE CARE project was a big success!
