Human Resource Management (HRM) program, Naresuan University International College, led by Ajarn Jaturaporn Juntarangsu, chair of the program, together with the students in the field of HRM organized a project to develop the teaching and learning process under the name “HR Can Do" between 7-9 March 2019 at Ban Nam Chuang, Chat Trakan District, Phitsanulok province. This project was simultaneously organized with NUIC We Care.
The objective was for students to gain knowledge and extensive professional experience from experts in addition to studying in the classroom. Also, exchanging knowledge and visions related to their work with experts and enhance understanding of various functions of human resource management in the organization before entering the workplace.
It is expected that the results from this project will increase the knowledge and skills of human resource management students in various professional fields, including being able to apply knowledge to further study and when implemented inspire learning to be effective after receiving knowledge and experience directly from the project. In conclusion, HR can do the project was a success!
