Using computer programs to manage documents in the office involves the continuous use of freeware programs because it is a program that can be used for free. There is no cost to the operations in the organization. Google Drive and One Drive are tools in the cloud that help increase teamwork efficiency. Team members can create, share and manage documents together in real time, including contacting and working together from anywhere. Therefore, it is a tool that effectively supports document management. Also, NUIC appreciates the help from Dr. Chamaiporn Srisurat and Mr. Yodsathon Boodeerat in helping teach the staff on Friday, 10 May 2019 from 10.00-11.00 a.m. in the computer laboratory, 2nd floor, International College Building.
