{"id":4307,"date":"2026-02-10T14:41:01","date_gmt":"2026-02-10T07:41:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nuic.nu.ac.th\/?p=4307"},"modified":"2026-02-10T14:41:53","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T07:41:53","slug":"strengthening-global-bonds-turkish-university-visits-nuic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nuic.nu.ac.th\/?p=4307","title":{"rendered":"Strengthening Global Bonds: Turkish University Visits NUIC"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Building on a foundation of international synergy, Naresuan University International College (NUIC) recently hosted Professor Berna Kirkulak-Uludag of Dokuz Eylul University (DEU), Turkiye, from January 22 to 24, 2026.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Professor Kirkulak-Uludag, a distinguished scholar and Head of the International Business and Trade Department at DEU\u2019s Business Faculty (Tinaztepe Campus, Buca, Izmir), visited the campus to solidify what has become a cornerstone partnership for the college\u2019s global outreach.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The relationship between Naresuan University and Dokuz Eylul University reached a pivotal milestone last year with the joint submission of a Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project to ERASMUS+ on February 6, 2025. This visit served as a vital follow-up to ensure the momentum of that collaboration continues to yield tangible academic opportunities for students and faculty alike.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The three-day itinerary was packed with high-level discussions aimed at bridging the gap between Turkish and Thai higher education: Prof. Kirkulak-Uludag was received by NUIC Executives and Program Chairs. The session highlighted the mutual commitment to fostering an environment of global linkage. A core focus of the visit was the review of final terms for the NU-DEU Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This agreement is expected to facilitate seamless student exchanges and joint research initiatives. With the 2025 project submission as a backdrop, discussions shifted toward upcoming mobility grants and sustainable cooperation under the ERASMUS+ framework.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>The partnership with Dokuz Eylul University, one of Turkiye\u2019s most prestigious institutions, aligns with NUIC\u2019s mission
