NUIC Strengthens Academic Staff Capacity Through Professional Development Activity<\/p>\n
Naresuan University International College (NUIC) organized the Personnel Training Activity for Academic Staff under the Operational Capacity Development Project on September 16, 2026, at the NUIC Meeting Room.<\/p>\n
The training focused on \u201cApplying for Academic Positions: Criteria, Procedures, and Document Preparation,\u201d providing academic staff with practical knowledge and guidance on the criteria, procedures, and preparation of supporting documents for applying for academic positions.<\/p>\n
The keynote speaker was Professor Dr. Kornkanok Ingkaninan, Vice President for Research and Innovation Development, Naresuan University, who shared valuable knowledge and practical guidance on applying for academic positions.<\/p>\n
The session also featured Honorary Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gareth Michael Ross, together with Ms. Jenjira Onpech and Ms. Cheryanus Butkumchote, who shared their expertise and insights with the participants.<\/p>\n
The activity aimed to strengthen the knowledge and professional capacity of NUIC academic staff while supporting their preparation for academic position applications and continued career development.<\/p>\n
Through this activity, NUIC continues to promote professional development opportunities and support the academic growth of its faculty members.<\/p>\n
