IBM Guest Speaker

On August 2, 2024, IBM programme at Naresuan University International College (NUIC) successfully hosted a seminar titled "Effective People Managing: Strategies for Recruiting and Retaining Employees in a Business." The event featured Khun Patchareeya Sokantat, Senior Organizational Development Manager at MBK Hotel & Tourism, as the guest speaker. The seminar covered crucial topics such as recruitment and selection, performance management, and international human resource management. Additionally, practical tips for job applications were provided. The event was well-received by an audience of 100 NUIC students, who gained valuable insights into effective people management strategies.
