On the 9th - 11th of May 2023, Naresuan University International College (NUIC) in cooperation with PTT Exploration and Production Public Co., Ltd. (PTTEP) held the 9th PTTEP English Training for English Teachers in Primary Schools at NUIC Building, Naresuan University. This 3-day training program was an academic service collaboratively organized by PTTEP and NUIC. It offered a variety of topics that are necessary for English teachers to teach English effectively in primary schools. There were about 70 participants (English language teachers) from three provinces namely, Kampaengphet, Phitsanulok, and Sukhothai. NUIC was honored to have Associate Professor Dr. Watana Padgate, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Naresuan University and Mr. Nattapong Vattanajaroen, Vice President, S1 Production Operations Department, (PTTEP) to deliver the welcome speech. The report about the project was delivered by Mrs. Waewduan Pingmuang, Manager, Public Affairs Section S1 Production Operations Department, PTT Exploration and Production Public Co., Ltd. (PTTEP). PTTEP supported this event by giving 350,000 baht. Furthermore, NUIC administrator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Danai Reabsakul, the Deputy Director for Corporate Communication, NUIC welcomed the participants of the training. NUIC is once again grateful to PTTEP for this great opportunity to render academic services collaboratively to the public. PTTEP and NUIC have been long-time partners in promoting and enhancing the English skills of both students and teachers in the lower northern part of Thailand for more than a decade. May this partnership between PTTEP and NUIC carry on to provide more beneficial community services in the future. Thank you to PTTEP and to all the participants!
