Holi Festival at NUIC
The International Human Resource Management and Development (IHRMD) at NUIC organized the Holi Festival on March 8, 2024. Reflecting the college's commitment to multiculturalism, diversity, and inclusion, Holi holds a special place in our celebrations. Holi is considered, one of the most revered and celebrated festivals in India. It is famous for using colors that are believed to bring positivity, harmony, and love. Holi being the festival of colors is a day worth rejoicing.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirimas Hengrasme inaugurated the ceremony and delivered special wishes to all the participants. Dr. Tapaswini Dash performed the βPujaβ (worshipping) followed by βRang Utsavβ (greetings using different colors followed by the spirited "Rang Utsav" (colorful greetings), a highlight of the occasion.
To enhance the experience, authentic Indian cuisine including Puri, Chole, and traditional drinks like Thandai were served.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from administrators, lecturers, support staff, and students, all contributing to the festive atmosphere.
As we celebrate Holi, we extend our heartfelt wishes for a joyous and colorful celebration to everyone!
