English Connect – HR to the Communit

**English Connect – HR to the Community**
The “English Connect – HR to the Community” project, initiated by the IHRMD Academic Service, aims to support students at Watyang-en School in Phitsanulok. This project recognizes the importance of English proficiency for the students’ future success and the overall development of the community.
The primary goal is to enhance the english skills of the elementary school students, grades 5-6 at Watyang-en School, while simultaneously helping IHRMD students (project staff) work collaboratively and develop their management and leadership abilities. This initiative aligns with the principles of Training and Development in the 21st century.
The project includes several engaging activities:
– Verb Bingo for practicing irregular verbs
– A vocabulary game called “Hook a Word”
– An activity titled “What’s My Job?” to explore various professions
– An explanation of three verb forms, along with the correct usage of “Must” and “Must Not”
– A Q&A competition with prizes
These activities not only made learning English enjoyable and effective for the students but also contributed to the development of skills among the IHRMD students (project staff).

The project was led by Mr. Lorenzo Garin Jr. and Ms. Taddao Kusonwatthana, lecturers from International Human Resource Management and Development (IHRMD)
