Students from the International Business Management (IBM) Program at Naresuan University International College (NUIC) successfully organized and participated in The Dialogue Derby 2026, a dynamic learning activity designed to strengthen leadership, communication, and global professional skills through experiential learning.

The event provided students with an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting by assuming the roles of representatives from different countries and engaging in constructive dialogue on international issues. Throughout the event, participants demonstrated confidence in public speaking, critical thinking, teamwork, and intercultural communication while collaborating in a professional environment.

The Dialogue Derby 2026 reflects NUIC’s commitment to Learning by Doing, encouraging students to develop essential competencies that prepare them for success in today’s globalized world. By planning, organizing, and participating in the event, students gained valuable hands-on experience in event management, problem-solving, adaptability, and effective communication.
