NUIC International Students in Thai Language Course Experience Traditional Thai Performing Arts
On August 3, 2026, students enrolled in the Thai Language for Academic Communication course, accompanied by their lecturer, attended A Standard Solo Dance Performance presented by fourth-year students from the Department of Performing Arts, Faculty of Humanities, at the Theater in the 72nd Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit Building, Naresuan University. The participating NUIC international students were from Cameroon, Vietnam, Russia, and China.
As part of the learning activity, the Department of Performing Arts provided the NUIC international students with a special opportunity to observe costume preparation, makeup application, and backstage activities before the performance. This unique experience gave the students valuable insights into the preparation process behind traditional Thai performing arts while enhancing their appreciation of Thailand’s rich cultural heritage.
