NUIC Strengthens Academic Staff Capacity Through Professional Development Activity
Naresuan University International College (NUIC) organized the Personnel Training Activity for Academic Staff under the Operational Capacity Development Project on September 16, 2026, at the NUIC Meeting Room.
The training focused on “Applying for Academic Positions: Criteria, Procedures, and Document Preparation,” providing academic staff with practical knowledge and guidance on the criteria, procedures, and preparation of supporting documents for applying for academic positions.
The keynote speaker was Professor Dr. Kornkanok Ingkaninan, Vice President for Research and Innovation Development, Naresuan University, who shared valuable knowledge and practical guidance on applying for academic positions.
The session also featured Honorary Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gareth Michael Ross, together with Ms. Jenjira Onpech and Ms. Cheryanus Butkumchote, who shared their expertise and insights with the participants.
The activity aimed to strengthen the knowledge and professional capacity of NUIC academic staff while supporting their preparation for academic position applications and continued career development.
Through this activity, NUIC continues to promote professional development opportunities and support the academic growth of its faculty members.
